$75, in your own name.
No web address yet? I register one for you with your first payment, first year included. It goes in your business's name and ABN, inside a VentraIP account made in your name and email. You set your own password the same day, and it's yours from then on — I never hold it back.
- You see and approve the exact name before you pay
- If it's taken, I offer close alternatives — if none suits, the $75 comes back
- After the first year it renews on your own card, at the registrar's price
$50 a month, from go-live. Cancel any time.
I keep your site online and look after it. The first month is paid with the second half; after that it's charged to your card each month.
- Your website hosted on our Cloudflare account, secure (https)
- Free fixes to anything I built, for as long as I host it
- Up to 30 minutes of small changes a month — wording, photos, prices, opening hours (unused time doesn't carry over)
- Bigger jobs quoted in writing first — you only pay if you approve the quote
- Your private hub: ask for changes, see where they're up to, download your site's files
- Visitor stats — visits, calls tapped, Google searches — in your hub and a monthly email Coming soon

Your hub — one private link for your website, your requests and your files.
The terms
- Cancel any timeNo minimum term, no exit fee. Hosting ends at the end of the month you've paid for, and I send you your site's files within 7 days so you can host it anywhere.
- If a payment failsI remind you. If it's still unpaid, you get 14 days' notice, then the site goes offline. Your files stay available to you.
- Not includedEmail, your domain and its renewal (they stay in your own accounts), and an uptime guarantee.
What I aim for
- Site downReply the same business day
- Anything elseReply within 2 business days
- Small changesDone within 5 business days
- Bigger jobsQuoted within 5 business days
Messages by text or email any time; I work Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (Melbourne time), not public holidays. These are targets, not guarantees — and you can cancel hosting whenever you like.
Only if you want them.
Skip them all and you still get a complete website.
- Google Business Profile overhaul$299 one-offI tidy your Google listing so it matches your new site: categories, hours, services and photos, plus your own review link and a QR card. Done through a manager invite — I never ask for your password — and with no promise about rankings.
- An extra round of changes$100 a roundTwo rounds are included before go-live. If you want a third, it's $100, agreed before I start.
- Anything elseAsk me. Bigger jobs are quoted in writing before I start, and you only pay if you approve the quote.
What happens if you change your mind.
- The draftFree. You see it before you pay anything, and if it's not for you, you owe nothing.
- The start payment$249.50 when you say yes. It isn't refundable once paid — you've seen the draft first — but you can stop any time by email or text and owe nothing more.
- If I stop the jobUnless you've broken the agreement, I refund everything you've paid.
- The second half$249.50 plus the first month's hosting when you approve the site. It goes live once that's paid.
- OwnershipOnce you've paid in full, the site is yours — its design, pages and the words I wrote.
- FixesAnything I built that doesn't work is fixed free for 14 days after go-live, and for as long as I host it. That's on top of your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
- Who it's forBusinesses with an ABN, buying for that business. Everything is paid by card on a secure payment page.
- GSTMAXIMISE PERFORMANCE PTY LTD isn't registered for GST, so none is charged.
What I can't promise is a result. Nobody can honestly tell you where you'll rank on Google or how many calls a website will bring, so I don't. The full terms are in the agreement — it's short, and written in plain English.
Get a free draft of your website.
Tell me your business name and where I can see your work. I'll build a private draft of your website and call you to show you. If you like it, it's $499 — $249.50 to start. If you don't, you owe nothing.
- No payment details, nothing to sign
- A real draft of your site, not a sales pitch
